“The matrimonial covenant, by which a man and a woman establish between themselves a partnership of the whole of life, is by its nature ordered toward the good of the spouses and the procreation and education of offspring; this covenant between baptized persons has been raised by Christ the Lord to the dignity of a sacrament.”  Catechism of the Catholic Church, 1601

The sacrament of matrimony is celebrated for a man and a woman wishing to be wed in Christian Marriage. The couple must call the parish before setting the date of marriage and at least 8 months prior to the desired date.

Marriage Preparation Consists of:

• Regular meetings with clergy
• FOCCUS inventory
• NFP Class
• Marriage Retreat Weekend

Marriage at Our Lady of Peace

The celebrations are held on Saturdays at 12:00 pm, 1:30 pm and 3:00 pm.

Registration: Monday – Thursday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm in the Parish Office (ask for Piedad Mendoza)

Requirements:

• 18 years and older
• Must have the sacraments of Baptism, First Communion and Confirmation, please bring a new and recent baptismal certificate with notations.
• If already married by law, please bring the marriage license.
• $200.00 to save the date.
